I have over 12 years of experience in social services to my role as a Benefit Navigator at WorkSource Bend. Originally from Lebanon, Indiana, I relocated to Bend in 2022—and this position feels like the perfect culmination of my career. I've worked with Community Action of Indianapolis, where I helped clients access rental and utility assistance programs and supported them with benefit navigation. I also earned my HUD Housing Counselor certification to guide individuals through housing and financial planning. Before that, I led the Employment Services Department at The Arc of Boone County, supporting Vocational Rehab clients in achieving their employment goals. I also provided Benefits Planning to ensure a smooth integration of employment with Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare programs. Helping people access the tools and resources they need to reach their life goals is truly what drives me.

I've lived in Klamath Falls for over 23 years and love being part of a close-knit, small-town community. I've always been passionate about helping people, and as a Benefit Navigator at WorkSource Klamath Falls, I get to do just that—every day. I enjoy digging into local resources and figuring out how to connect people with the help they need. And if I don't have an answer right away, you can bet I'll do my best to find one. My background includes more than 15 years in customer service and five years as a care provider—both roles that taught me the value of empathy, patience, and persistence. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my daughter and family. I also enjoy reading, gardening, cooking, and relaxing with a good TV show.

I've called Lakeview, Oregon, home for the past five years—though I'm a lifelong Oregonian, originally from the Rogue Valley. I've always had a passion for supporting my community, and stepping into the Benefit Navigator role at Klamath Works has given me the chance to make an even bigger impact. Before this, I worked as a Case Manager for the Klamath and Lake County Council on Aging, where I got to know the people and resources in this region well. That experience helped shape my approach to bridging the gap between services and those who need them most. Outside of work, you'll find me with my wife and our adventurous four-year-old son—we love anything outdoorsy: fishing, bowling, and heading to the coast whenever we can.

I've lived in Klamath Falls, Oregon, my entire life, and I'm proud to be part of this community. My passion for helping others began when I worked with individuals with developmental disabilities—a role that taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and meeting people where they are. Today, as a Benefit Navigator, I carry those same values into my work by connecting individuals and families with the resources they need to succeed. Outside of work, I love spending time with my kids, cooking up something delicious, and exploring new places through travel.
